Where an item is deemed faulty, or does not match the description given, or does not perform as described, you may return the item for a refund, exchange or credit.
All items sold by Fetishista are quality examined prior to despatch. However, if your purchase does have some kind of fault, please advise us immediately via email (email@example.com) and return the item complete with tags and packaging to PO Box 649, Ballina NSW 2478, Australia. We can offer you a refund, exchange or credit on your faulty item.
Returning an Item
When returning an item, please make sure the item has not been used, washed or altered in any way. All labels must still be attached and all care taken when returning the item to us. We cannot take responsibility for goods lost in transit, please arrange extra cover if you are concerned about your item reaching us.
